LazyDays RV Service Center

Overview

This design-build in Waller, Texas included clearing and grading of the 29-acre site directly off Hwy 290. The site work also included a 4.5-acre detention pond with site utilities and lift station for the site. The Lazydays Service Center building is on approximately 13 acres of this site, which includes a 30,000 SF tilt-wall building with perimeter fencing and access control, asphalt parking, and drive-thru canopy for customers.

The interior building scope included 5,000 SF of customer lounge, restrooms, locker room, and offices. Additional build-out included a parts receiving and distribution space north of the offices with management accessibility. The remaining 20,000 SF was built out with 20 overhead door bays for RV service work and a large 40′ paint booth in the back of space.
