Construction consisted of an interior renovation of an existing senior living facility. Due to the building being flooded during a hurricane, most of the interior of the building had to be demoed down to the structure and CFMF, and built back to current building code. Interior buildout consisted of fireproofing the existing structure, conforming to new layout of units, buildout of interior walls which included updating all fire rated walls, updating and installing new MEP packages, new kitchen equipment, millwork in all the units including kitchenette's and bathroom vanities in all the rooms, millwork throughout the public areas, and new flooring throughout building.
