This design-build in Waller, Texas included clearing and grading of 29 acre site directly off Hwy 290. The site work also included a 4.5 acres detention pond with site utilities and lift station for the site. Lazydays Service Center building is on approximatley 13 acres of this site, which includes a 30,000 SF tiltwall building with permiter fencing and access control, asphalt parking, and drive-thru canopy for customers. Interior building scope included 5,000 SF of customer lounge, restrooms, locker room, and offices. Additional build out includes a parts receiving and distribution space North of offices with management accessablility.The remaining 20,000 SF was built out with 20 overhead door bays for RV service work and a large 40' paint booth in the back of space.
