Brewery/Bar

This was a buildout of a Cider Brewery and Bar. Construction included a tasting room with a bar and seating area, complete bar/keg system for drink dispersment, (2) restrooms, (1) keg Cooler behind the bar, (1) large cooler for storage, (1) electrical storage room, (1) catering room, (1) large production/tank room, (1) food grade room, (1) mill room, (1) lab/office, and an 1,832 SF Patio Deck. The bar includes a quartz top with a water fall feature at both ends. Millwork consisted of a custom wood tree as a center piece over the bar, bar front, shelving behind the bar, and a divider screen between the bar and the waiting area. The tasting and tank rooms are seperated by a storefront clear glass system. Includes a solids interceptor tied into the existing sanitary. The patio deck consists of treated lumber and a concrete set of stairs.
